Job Description
The Apple Solutions Consultant will acts as an ambassador of the Apple brand and will oversee the merchandising and operations of an Apple shop within a retail partner’s store. They will be also responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience through promotion and demonstration of Apple-based solutions.
Key Accountabilities:
• Is responsible for the animation, the overall merchandising and the maintenance of the Apple shop, ensuring it meets or exceeds Apple’s brand and channel marcom standards.
• Promote Apple based solutions to customers.
• Build strong, influential, collaborative business relationship with the reseller’s store management and sales teams.
• Manage and train a virtual team of the relevant reseller’s store team members on promoting Apple based solutions including hardware, software, and accessories.
• Deliver optimal customer service through professionalism and product knowledge.
• Remain well versed and educated on Apple-branded and 3rd party related solutions.
• Effectively direct customers to the appropriate support policies.
• Analyse and report business results and trends on a weekly or daily basis (as required).
• When required, deliver excellence in product merchandising and product support across the Apple Music range in the store.
• Report back to the ASC Manager of details relating to in store competition and ranging to ensure that store and competitor information is kept up to date.

Key Performance Indicators:
• Sales numbers (CPU’s and Beyond the Box purchases e.g. keyboards, mice, Apple TV’s, software etc) of designated retail store and other store where Apple Professionals are managed.
• Solutions selling vs. products.
• Integration and relationship with Apple Professionals and Store teams.
• Accuracy and relevance of analysis of weekly reporting.
