For the future success of our company, we are seeking ambitious and highly-qualified university graduates for whom social aptitude and a willingness to take on responsibility are second nature.
The Structure of the Program
The two-year SGP offers you three demanding rotations, each eight months in duration. One of which is completed abroad. Your personal interests, qualifications, and our business requirements are the decisive criteria for the course of the program. We help coordinate your rotations and support you throughout your SGP experiece.
Diverse Tasks
During the rotations, you work in at least two different function areas (for example engineering, product management, sales etc.), are actively involved in day-to-day and project business, and independently take on demanding and diverse tasks.
In this way, you get to know the day-to-day business from various perspectives in a short time and gain comprehensive experience at various sites at home and abroad.
International Experience
During your rotation abroad you gain experience in dealing with different cultures, as well as an understanding of cross-border cooperation.
Comprehensive Trainings Program
We support your personal and specialist training through specific and demanding training measures in the area of management and personality development. We develop your intercultural competence with seminars and language courses, thus specifically preparing you for your stay abroad. Specialist seminars complete your qualifications.
Individual Mentoring
As your traveling companion we are committed to your best possible development. To allow your potential to optimally develop, a personal mentor is available to you for the entire duration of the program.
Development of a Network
Through annual conferences of trainees deployed around the world, the individual training program, cooperation in cross-sector sub-teams, and the international alumni community, you are constantly in a position to build up your personal network. |
