Description: We offer a range of three distinct graduate programmes. Each is designed to broaden your overall knowledge of the alternative investment market, while specifically also equipping you for a career in a core area of our business.

All programmes are 19 months in duration. The first month is spent undertaking your induction training and getting to know our business. This is then followed by 3 rotations, each of which is 6 months in length. Common to all is a blend of technical and personal course-based learning and on-the-job experience, which can be tailored around your own skills and development needs.

This section gives a programme-by-programme outline of what you can expect – from day-to-day experience to long-term development – and also details the specific personal qualities and experience we look for in you.

In addition to our structured programmes, we also recruit a select number of direct-entry graduates every year. We also recruit a number of postgraduates, typically at PhD level, into AHL – our quantitative investment manager.
