Paid internship in international five star hotel Our partner Hotels is an owner-operator of high quality branded hotels in diverse locations attractive to business and leisure customers, with a particular focus on significant gateway cities and Asian emerging markets. The Hotel has 12,000㎡ of Japanese inspired gardens, comprises 308 spacious rooms and suites, ranging in size from a minimum size 48 square meters, the largest standard rooms in Wuxi, to the 306 square meter presidential suite. An array of restaurants serving tantalizing cuisine are on hand for discerning clientele, including high tea, chocolate and more in the relaxed setting of the Lobby Lounge, the Western and South East Asian delights of Amber, delicate Japanese dishes in Irori and the temptations of Chinese cooking delivered by Xiaonanguo's master chef. The hotel's Grand Ballroom is an elegant venue for weddings, events and meeting, while the hotel's additional 5 meeting and conference rooms ensure every meeting is a success. The Executive Lounge is located on the 21st floor. Designed with the demands of the busy executive or the distinctive features a leisure traveler expects in mind. Unique functionality and comfort, this contemporary and private facility creates an ideal environment for either work or pleasure. Stipend : Provide above 2500 per month, which will be made adjustments according to interns’ performance. And will provide Accommodation in hotel and three meals a day. Lobby Manager (Intern) Key Responsibilities: 1.Behaves and acts in an exemplary fashion, embodying the brand mindset and be responsible for the Pullman promise of proximity and sociability 2. Recommends the hotel's range of services on offer 3. Handles guests' requests for information and provides answers; puts them in contact with the appropriate people if necessary. 4. Handles any customer problems as required 5. Takes note of remarks made by guests and finds solutions for any problems that may arise. Ensures a rapid response from the different departments concerned. 6.Helps promote the hotel's range of services on offer (eg. the bar) by anticipating customer needs and responding to guests' requests 7. Helps gain guests' loyalty by being present, available and ready to listen.
