THE POSITION We are currently looking for a number of Talent Sourcing Specialists to support our winning clients of their hiring needs. The focus of our role is on sourcing, candidate management and sourcing strategies coming from a strong recruitment background. Executive positions to fill are located in all places of Greater China including all major cities, as far as Hong Kong and Shangri-la. The assignments are typically extremely challenging. As a Talent Sourcing Specialist you'll maintain a proactive and high-performance approach to finding outstanding candidates that perfectly suit the needs of our clients. It's a challenging yet rewarding role that offers you high-end business exposure in a team-oriented, supportive, and professional corporate culture. The position is based in downtown Shanghai, just opposite a Metro station. Key Accountabilities: 1. Proactively sourcing candidates utilizing different methods (eg. market mapping, social networking, referrals, job boards, business intelligence) in a high-performance manner 2. Develop logical sourcing strategies for each role recruited 3. Update the JKI system so that it accurately reflects the status of all selection activity 4. Screen candidates CVs against position criteria, interview candidates on the phone to determine suitability and obtain required information 5. Develop an acute awareness of the client's business and their recruitment needs 6. Develop and grow your pools of great people Qualifications To Apply: 1. Excellent communication skills, with a good phone manner and ability to build credible relations over the phone 4. Strong sense of urgency and responsive client-facing skills with proven expertise in various candidate sourcing methodologies 5. Excellent written English skill (not necessarily education) 6.
