If everything is working out, then your responsibilities will grow to entry level digital marketing. We are looking for someone long term so the sky is really the limit.
We are looking for someone who also has a good understanding of our brand who aligns with our target demographic which is 20-35 yr old males. (Can be a female as they seem to understand males better than males most of time anyways.)
Responsibilities
-Answer email & live-chat inquiries
-Identify key pain points and patterns for customers, and process changes to make us better in the future.
-Ensure that daily office operations are running smoothly.
-You will have an active role in creative brainstorming, social media coordinating, content managing.
-Work closely with the Marketing Team developing & creating content and making sure deadlines are met.
-Be the voice of our company and brand while being the voice of our customers when issues arise.
-Contribute to team effort by taking on additional initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
-Committed to constantly coming up with new ideas that push the envelope. Yesterday's crazy new idea is today's standard. Always inventing.
-Ability to prioritize work, handle multiple tasks, and work independent of supervision.
-Fast-acting and capable at adapting quickly to change
-Analytical mindset to constantly test ideas, monitor data, incorporate things that work and drop things that don't.
-We work in a very collaborative environment, so you'll need to feel comfortable in caring more about the end result rather than exactly whose ideas achieved it.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Keen sense of organization and ability to be creative, and on-time.
-Huge desire to succeed and grow.
