However, it is up to you to ensure that you grow into a leader who is an inspiration to others and who works with perseverance to fulfill our vision.

Do you want to influence the future of mobile technology? This is your chance. Through the Ericsson R&D Global Graduate Program we can offer you a unique opportunity to become a leader in one of the most exciting parts of our business: our research and development (R&D) unit.
Together with future leaders from across the world, you will go on an 18-month, action-packed journey. This will give you a solid foundation in R&D, take you to foreign countries and challenge your knowledge and thinking in order to turn you into the leader we need and you want to become.
The program
The program starts August 30, 2010
First stop: Stockholm, Sweden
Starting in Stockholm, Sweden, you will spend the first part of your journey learning about us, and we about you. You will meet with key people within R&D and our top management team, and hear their views on the future. You will also attend courses, giving you an overview of our unique mobile technology, our people and our customers.
Second stop: your home unit
This is your opportunity to observe and take part in our day-to-day activities on a local level. You will work alongside people who are passionate about what they do and about our common future, and you will draw on their knowledge to develop even further.
Third stop: Stockholm, Sweden
On your return to Sweden, you will meet with other future leaders to work on exciting projects assigned by the R&D management team. At the same time, you will get training in professional communication, interaction and presentation. We will also help you to increase your understanding of yourself as an individual and as a member of a team.
Fourth stop: the world
At the end of the program, you will get the chance to complete a project assignment abroad. Where you will be stationed and what you will be doing will be a joint decision by you, your line manager and the program management.
