Description: Deutsche Bank's Analyst Training Programs are designed to provide you with a challenging, deep and broad learning experience. Programs vary in length and format. And, while some involve rotations through different departments to develop broad based knowledge and others focus on developing specialist skills, all of them will equip you with the exposure, knowledge and skills you require for a successful career with the Bank.

Global orientation
At the beginning of the program all new graduate trainees attend a one-day global orientation event in London or New York. The orientation event is an excellent opportunity for you to meet other members of your global class and gain an understanding of Deutsche Bank's business, strategy, values and culture. During the event you will be addressed by members of the senior management team, who will articulate our vision, explain our structure and communicate our core values.

Teamwork challenge
The global orientation event is followed by a three-day team work challenge. In line with Deutsche Bank's commitment to supporting the local community, you will play a key role in a community-based project, developing crucial teamwork skills and taking your first step into what we hope will be ongoing and rewarding involvement in charity work. The teamwork challenge is designed to provide a demanding and stimulating experience, which will develop your abilities for, and commitment to, working across national, cultural and divisional boundaries, while supporting the local community through charitable work.

Induction program
Following the team work challenge you will go on to complete a tailored classroom training program designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills required to hit the ground running. Delivered by industry leading practitioners and Deutsche Bank staff, the programs involve divisional-specific presentations and workshops and cover a wide range of technical and professional skills.

Mentoring
Mentoring is seen as a crucial element of both your orientation and ongoing career development. You will be appointed a mentor who will provide support and advice on the challenges you encounter, facilitate access to a broader network of people and support your professional and personal development.

Your ongoing development
Learning will be a continual focus throughout your career. Following completion of your training you will begin the continuous development program - designed to consolidate and build on the knowledge gained so far - and complete the career management skills course which will empower you to explore and seek positions with confidence. We also maintain strong affiliations with local universities and colleges for continuing professional and executive development. Depending on your role, we will support you in acquiring the qualifications relevant to your career path.

Travel and working abroad
As a truly global bank, Deutsche Bank also provides fantastic opportunities for you to travel as your career progresses; from visiting clients and attending meetings to secondments to other departments within your division. All of which are key to you obtaining a thorough knowledge of our activities and the diversity within the Bank and the market in which it operates. Even if travel is not an integral part of your role, by the nature of today's business your teams will extend beyond country borders and our program is designed with that in mind, ensuring you have a broad network of classmates to call upon as a resource.
