Learning and development
BP is a multi-cultural open environment in which you can test yourself in different situations, with different kinds of people, in different countries. You will learn how to work in cross-functional teams, and how to push your performance to ever-higher levels.
As well as gaining valuable experience across different parts of the business, you will have the chance to develop a portfolio of skills very quickly as you contribute to live projects in a pan-European business climate. You will be challenged – but also well supported, with a personal mentor and regular appraisal and feedback, as well as the opportunity to learn from and share knowledge with experts.
Placements are unique and individual, based on your skills and interests, balanced with our business needs. Past Eurograduates have carried out roles including:
• crude oil refinery trader
• retail business manager
• bunker sales officer - BP Marine
• retail territory manager
• customer service development manager
• sales marketing assistant
• marketplace planner
• fuels business analyst
• euro implementation team
• commercial analyst
• business development manager
• risk management marketeer
• e-commerce analyst
Your learning and development is a key element of our long-term strategy. As each placement can be radically different to what you've done before and possibly to what you will do afterward, it is your responsibility to apply what you've learned.
Benefits
We offer a Global Employment Contract (GEC) plus sign-on bonus. The BP GEC is a UK registered company. You will participate in Standard International Mobility Policies and for the duration of the programme you will be offered the Temporary International Relocation Policy (TIR).
Additional benefits include: relocation payment, medical cover, transporation and transfer assistance.
