Candidates with strong business acumen, an interest in our innovative products, services and industry will certainly enjoy this challenging experience. Some relevant work experience (such as internships, summer positions) will make it easier to integrate into our multi-national company.

The Global Graduate Programme is our fast-track development programme which prepares passionate individuals for a future leadership role within Bombardier. It has been designed for ambitious people who are seeking an international career with the world leader. It will equip you with the skills necessary to make a real contribution to a world-beating organisation.
The 18 months programme combines on-the-job and off-the-job development worldwide. In three separate 6-months assignments, it offers every Global Graduate a true business experience in different divisions, functions and countries. The assignments will be determined by matching the Global Graduates profile to the overall business strategy priorities, meaning you will be able to make a real difference to the business.
This experience will help you to get a broad knowledge base and understanding of Bombardier. It will enable quick integration into a multi-national environment and act as a catalyst to develop and enhance a boundary-less organisation.
