All full-time program(me) participants attend a first-class, specialized training program(me) led by outstanding managers and geared toward a specific business group. Institutionalized core training sessions provide a thorough overview of the organization, the financial markets and BlackRock’s strategic positioning in the marketplace.
Program(me) participants will continue to benefit from ongoing customized investment management training opportunities, including skill-based education, for the duration of the program(me). Analysts in the UK also receive preparation for the Investment Management Certification (IMC) exam within first three months, and continuous study support to achieve the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) qualification. |
