BEYOND BORDERS is an 18-month program with a five to six-month overseas placement, either in another group company or at our global headquarters in Hamburg, Germany.
Gateway to the top.
We are looking for qualified university graduates who are seeking a career in the areas of Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, Supply Chain Management or Finance & Controlling. As a graduate trainee, BEYOND BORDERS offers you three to four assignments plus one placement of choice towards the end of the program.
The 360 degree program.
The opportunity to gain experience beyond your own professional expertise is what makes BEYOND BORDERS unique: our future international managers have to understand the interaction of the group's different divisions. International experience, working with colleagues from a number of countries, and Intercultural Awareness workshops will help to expand your horizons, and sharpen your perception of cultural differences which is important with regard to working for an international company that is close to people all over the world.
