While each graduate programme prepares its analysts for a specific business or support group, all programmes include an in-depth introduction to the organisation, its culture and its global reach.
The formal training programmes begin with intensive sessions to help analysts develop the business, financial and analytical skills needed to hit the ground running when they join their respective groups. Using both instructor-led classes and e-learning modules, the programmes cover a solid grounding in a specific business as well as customized instruction on all the relevant tools, techniques and working practices for that business.
After formal training, each analyst takes on real responsibility in an assigned role. Training continues through informal on-the-job learning. Analysts work with and learn from teams of professionals, including senior experts in their area as well as colleagues around the globe. They have opportunities to collaborate on exciting projects that contribute to business success and next generation advances while developing a network of contacts and resources. |
