Obviously, you should also have a successful educational background. Solid baseline play, a varied program in many different fields and an international arena - your 12 to 18 month trainee program guarantees your participation in the tournament from the word go. Guided by a carefully structured training plan, which you help to design, you will change departments approx. every 3 months. As a rule, this includes a period spent abroad.
The program gives you the opportunity to get a clear idea of your strengths and to build up a broad, international network, which will subsequently facilitate access to a permanent position. In addition to training both on and off the job, you will be accompanied through the trainee period by mentors, your assigned supervisor(s) from the specialized departments and HR.
We will prepare you in the best way possible for a specialist or management career track. In this context, the trainee program is an essential first step in your career path . The individual steps of the trainee program give you plenty of time to address questions such as "Am I the right person for this job?" and "What lies ahead if I follow this path?".
