We have a position open for a talented Team Leader to lead our Presales team. The team you will be leading will be focused on setting up as many good quality meetings as possible for our Sales team. In order to have the correct strategy on which markets and companies to target, the team leader will work closely with the Marketing and Sales Managers. Your Mission: Lead, manage and coach the Presales team Set up the priorities according to the Sales strategy that you will help define Set up meetings Ensure weekly targets of meetings for all the team Monitor quality of the phone calls Write phone scenario to improve conversion into meetings Create an objection handling manual Your Profile: You have +- 3 years of experience in Sales, more ideally in Telemarketing/telesales, and you are ready to take the next step; You have a track record in a leadership role; Fluent in English and German or French.
