We have graduate opportunities across the RSA Group in various locations
world-wide. To kick-off your graduate programme from the very first day you
will be plunged into the depths of the insurance industry in London for your
induction where you will be exposed to and challenged with real business
problems that you will need to solve. You will gain knowledge about the
insurance industry, the art of risk management and our business.

Back in your chosen business area, you will have a role with real responsibility
and challenge. In addition to on-the-job training we will commit to all aspects
of your career development. You will have a structured 2 year programme
alongside your role that’s made up of a number of elements to guarantee
your success. You will get the opportunity to understand more about yourself,
your style and what makes you tick. We will also assign you a mentor in the
business to help coach you and guide you through your formative years. We will
