Qualifications
- Principal language used in communication with clients and making reports:English & Spanish.
Speaking other languages will be valued as a plus: German, Portuguese, etc.
- Attention to detail
- Up-beat, confident and positive mannerism, especially when speaking over the phone to providers (in Spanish)
- Ability to express ideas in a clear and organized manner, both in written and oral
communication
- Ability to prioritize and organize tasks
- Think in terms of “final objective(s)” when performing the tasks and projects asked of you
Job Description
Main Tasks:
- Translations (might be from letters, internet or documents)
- Communications by email, phone or mail with present or potential partners/ clients in both Spanish and English
- Special / Extra projects from supervisor or the director of the department (may be related to surveys on client's satisfaction or competition for example),
- Preparing stats, graphics, etc.
- Distribute info-requests among the course counselors from email accounts and data-base.
- Edit and update dossiers about products and destinations (Knowing Mcintosh or
any other graphic design program will be a plus )
- Make reports of investigations or projects carried out,
- Coordinate/communicate with other staff regarding on-going projects,
- Constantly maintain direct supervisor informed of your progress on tasks and projects assigned,
- Preparing info-packs
- Sending out brochures and mailings,
- Building of various databases and doing required research
Start: March 2010 (6 month duration)
