Qualifications

Previous supervisory experience in human resources strongly desired.Bachelors in Business or HR Required or equivalent experience, Employee Relations, Performance management/conflict resolution, Recruitment and selection, Basic facilitation and presentation skills.

Job Description

Coordinate and manage all aspects of employment including hiring, training, compensation, motivation, and discipline. Assist in the implementation of human resource objectives for an assigned client group; Advise and make recommendations to client group regarding employee relations issues or concerns; Interpret HR policies for assigned client group ensuring equity and consistency; Assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of assigned human resources projects by providing data analysis, reports, correspondence, etc. to support the overall human resources function.
