Qualifications
This is a truly varied role and a fantastic opportunity for ongoing development. There’s a lot to learn, but you’ll already have a lot to offer, because you’ll have a degree in Finance, Business Administration or Economics – preferably at Masters level – and have already gained relevant work experience in Insurance/Financial Services. You are motivated to work hard and accomplish challenging objectives, and are able to communicate effectively and diplomatically in both English and Chinese. Relevant professional qualifications (e.g. ACII or ANZIIF) are advantageous.

We’re looking for a talented, driven graduate to join our team of Underwriters on Hong Kong based Global Corporate business. You’ll enjoy intensive coaching from our experts to develop your technical knowledge and leadership potential – so after 12 months, you’ll be more than ready to progress at an international level.
Supporting the Head of Financial Lines, you’ll get involved in varied business initiatives and internal operations. You’ll learn the ins and outs of Underwriting in our Global Corporate business, from preparing pricing and analyzing portfolios to interacting with and winning new corporate customers.
Building strong client relationships is a critical element in this role, so you’ll also get to stretch yourself in understanding what makes Zurich stand out from its competitors, analyzing industry trends, and preparing business and client events.
