Given the nature of the job, we are looking for a graduate, preferably educated to Master level in a business or numerate degree. An Associate level of actuarial qualification is highly desirable, as is a relevant experience in actuarial, pricing or product marketing. But it’s not only your academic and work experience that counts – you’ll also be business fluent in English and Chinese, be comfortable interacting in an international environment, and have the ability to communicate complex matters to a non-technical audience.

We’re looking for a talented, driven graduate to join our Global Life team of Proposition Management & Development in Hong Kong. You’ll enjoy intensive coaching from our experts to develop your technical knowledge and leadership potential – so after 12 months, you’ll be more than ready to progress at an international level.

There’s a lot you’ll cover right from the start. Essentially, you’ll coordinate the whole Life insurance product development process, propose new product ideas or business initiatives, and review fund propositions for linked products. As you progress in your learning and business understanding, you’ll take on profitability management of certain business lines, support and develop new distribution channels and work closely with Marketing to ensure the right positing of our Life insurance products.
