There is a lot that we will teach you during our Global Associate Program. But you’ll already have an excellent grounding because of your university degree, preferably a Master, in a business-related subject. You should possess excellent analytical and numeracy skills, be fluent in English and Cantonese, and enjoy working towards tight timescales. We’re looking for a talented, driven graduate to join our Claims team in Hong Kong. You’ll enjoy intensive coaching from our experts to develop your technical knowledge and leadership potential – so after 12 months, you’ll be more than ready to progress at an international level.

From the start, you will support the Claims department of our General Insurance business, ensuring smooth operations through the streamlining of work processes and the continuous improvement of system and work efficiencies. You will learn to manage Claims portfolios, with a particular focus on liability lines, and test your analytical skills by understanding Claims related data and drawing out recommendations to allow smart business decisions.

But your involvement doesn’t stop here – you’ll also get to stretch yourself by getting involved in various Claims initiatives namely QA, Fraud Management, Vendor Management or our ongoing Understanding Customers projects.
