The “Oracle UGBU Marketing” plans and executes on EMEA-wide marketing programs that are closely aligned to and in support of Oracle Utilities sales goals. The team is responsible for all of
the marketing operations activities associated with Oracle’s Global Customer Management (GCM) and follows up directly with contacts generated by marketing activities through to identification of
sales opportunities and transfer to Sales.

• To support the Marketing Activities of our EMEA Utilities Team which include; planning, attending and following up events, preparing and implementing of telemarketing campaigns and webcasts, maintaining and updating the clients in the Oracle database, analyzing of
results of marketing and sales lead-generation activities, creating presentations and invitations and preparing reports.

• You are multitasking talent with creative ideas ready to take on responsibilities
• You like to organize your tasks in a detailed-oriented manner and are able to deliver efficiently under fast-paced deadlines
• You are currently studying in a business-related discipline with a focus in sales, marketing, communications… (above the 3rd semester)
• You like to work independently in a process-driven, fast-paced environment with multiple time zones and deadlines which often involve the flexibility of adapting your work-hours according to the needs;
• You have advanced knowledge of MS Office applications including MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint as well as HTML- knowledge
• You are able to work independently building ad nurturing relationships in an international virtual team, also by taking full ownership of the communication tools provided
• You are fluent in English and German and fluency in another European language are a strong plus
• You have strong communication skills both written and verbal
• You are willing to travel
