MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Native level of German and fluent in English
• 1 to 2 years of systems Administration or Information system management experience;
• Excellent phone and communication (written and oral) skills
• Customer and service oriented

• Ability to take decisions quickly and efficiently

• Availability to work in shift
VALUABLE IF YOU HAVE:
• Excellent knowledge environments: Windows NT, 2000, XP, 2003, BLACKBERRY, Microsoft Exchange and/or Unix: Solaris, Linux, Network: router, firewalls
• Knowledge of Active Directory – Managing users / groups, Schema knowledge, Replication, DNS
• Formal IT qualification , MCP, MCSE, CCNA…
• Computer science degree or equivalent
Job Description
RESPONSABILITIES:
• To provide first line support to customers recording answers and incidents or queries and using
various remote access software packages to achieve resolution
• To manage incidents via telephone, e-mail, web reporting or network monitoring tools
Ensures that the queue status remains minimal
• To monitor, tracks and reviews the progress of an incident, keeping the customer informed
• To provide basic user administration support such as password resets
