They have exported to many counties around the world from their production facility in Carson City, Nevada, USA as well as from their plant in Cape Town, South Africa. Up to date they have been have been awarded six gold medals in America for their products. And they believe in the best quality in Raw ingredients, Final Products,
Personnel and Training.
The company uses fruits, nuts, seeds, and cereals to produce Muesli bars, Energy bars, Protein bars,
Seed bars, Fruit bars, Nut bars, Granola and Muesli, Variations of the above, Dried Fruits, Nuts, and Seeds, Roast a range of foods, A wide range of Chocolate coatings and many other items . They are starting up a new factory in 2009 that will produce rice crispies, corn flakes, dried fruits, roasted nuts, beans, fruits, and vegetables. Coat roasted nuts and fruits in chocolate and are also going to focus on making "dairy free" cheese and yoghurt coatings.
The company also does R & D for international companies as well as a host of local clients.
Qualifications
Requirements:
-Studying towards a degree or a related degree in Food Science or Food Technology
-Previous experience would be an advantage
-Good analytical skills
-Enjoy team work and contributing ideas, as well as taking the initiative.

Job Description
Responsabilities:
This company has excellent experience in training interns and are one of the most desired companies for Food
Science students from Cput Cape Town to complete their internships in. They regularly host two South African Food Science interns at a time so international students will have the opportunity to interact with local students.
As an intern you will have the opportunity to gain a vast amount of practical experience and will be able to see and control a product from R&D to production and sales, as the company will be launching several new products in 2009. You will also work on the production side and your input and knowledge will be greatly utilized.
