Sino Infrastructure Partnership Ltd. (SIP) was established in 1993 to provide construction, commercial and engineering services for leading companies locating in China. Since that time, our customer base has expanded to include a wide range of clients, from specialist companies with a few hundred staff to the world's most brand-recognizable multinational corporations. Today, SIP is China’s largest foreign invested, independent project management consultancy.

Qualifications

Job Description
SIP is a multi-disciplinary British project management consultancy providing engineering and construction services to international companies seeking to build, expand or refurbish facilities throughout China. With knowledge gained from over 260 projects we help our clients to complete their projects on time, within budget and to an optimal level of quality.
Main tasks:
1. Identify, research and communicate with foreign companies operating in China that have plans for construction, expansion or refurbishment of their facilities.
2. Maintain and update database information based on calls made, look to update with new information and correct/replace invalid data.
3. Support the Business Development Team in maintaining ongoing relationships with prospective clients once a project has been identified. This may include attending subsequent meetings, presentations and networking events.
4. Develop Marketing/PR strategies to increase business.
5. Prepare Workshops/Presentations.
6. Utilize individual skills and abilities, such as IT or languages, on various administrative tasks, as and when needed.
