About the company

The two-year programme will consist of three rotations in different parts of the Global Development organisation whilst anchored in the Biostatistics skill area. The aim of Biostatistics Graduate Programme is to develop people through extensive exposure to varied biostatistical tasks with a strong focus on competencies such as communication, project management, business understanding, and clinical statistical skills.

Qualifications

You are a top M.Sc. graduate in statistics. You have an international profile and a passion for learning. You are independent, flexible and efficient with a ‘can-do’ attitude. You have a high level of understanding of practical biostatistical problems as well as the ability to solve tasks within a short timeframe. At the cutting-edge of a highly complex and innovative industry, you’ll also need to be able to learn fast, be good at cross functional collaboration, and have the ability to communicate your great ideas well. You must be prepared to invest significant personal effort to meet the expectations and you should proactively take ownership of your areas of responsibility. Finally, the strongest candidates carry some relevant work experience obtained while studying and a desire to work in the pharmaceutical industry.

Job Description

You will be given a broad range of responsibilities and experience a variety of projects from cross-departmental project work and internal/external stakeholder management and have assignments within pre-submission, submission, and lifecycle management.
