Job Description

• Keep and maintain clear records (write briefs, status reports, contact reports etc) for the smooth operation of the account
• Briefing: Receive a brief from client, think it through, question it if necessary, discuss it with Account Director and client and process it through the internal systems
• Undertake market visits and conduct preliminary desk research
• Coordination: coordinate and follow-up with all internal departments to make sure everything if flowing smoothly, ensure deadlines and costing are met
• Proposals to Client: sell and defend creative work, and send quotations to client for approval, following-up with the client
• Relaying Feedback: ensure client’s request for amendments are made by coordinating with relevant parties
• Receive client approval and give the go-ahead to relevant parties to channel the job through to execution, making sure it is done right
• Sending Invoices: enter the job invoice in the account’s budget control sheet, ensure it is kept updated and send the invoice to client for payment
• If a job requires media booking, develop a media brief to the media agency, which then send a schedule proposal back. Once it is has client approved the required media is booked
• Obtain ‘ABN’ (Approved Billing Number) from Finance to ensure the follow-up on billings is accurate and transparent
