MCO China Internships is a comprehensive internship program provider. It is our purpose to ensure all program participants receive a well-rounded experience that encompasses China’s culture, language, and international work environment. Various resources such as housing, language training, cultural/social activities are provided. Program participants are required to pay a program fee to 2 month - $4,090 3 month - $5,290 Placement (2-3 month) - $1,250 HOST COMPANY INTRODUCTION: We are one of the world’s top wind turbine manufacturing companies, with over 5000 employees worldwide and offices in the US, Australia, South Africa and Germany. We are looking for an intern that will work in a dynamic environment at our Yizhuang office in Beijing for a period of 5 -6 months. INTERNSHIP DESCRIPTION: We are currently offering internship opportunities for individuals who are outgoing, ambitious and willing to learn more about the green technology(wind turbine) industry. We have a variety of different roles that need to be filled. Our organization offers interns the ability to work in an international setting. We have interns from all around the world come to our organization. Interns need to be highly outgoing, open to new cultures and able to offer something unique to the team. We feel that this internship is great for students and/or young professionals who would like to learn more about working in a Chinese enterprise going global. JOB TASKS: Management of foreign employees, interns and associated programs (visa, insurance) Serve as a liaison between local and foreign employee (translation and communication) Problem solving and general assistance for the HR department Assist with the recruitment and hiring of foreign interns Assist foreign employees and interns with problem solving in various capacities QUALIFICATIONS: Language requirements: Proficiency in English(and Chinese), oral and written Excellent Communication skills Ability to work independently Proactive Personality Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office INCLUDED BENEFITS: Monthly salary Accommodation, including water and electricity bills Transportation to and from the company Daily lunch at the company’s canteen Insurance and Visa Extension costs Access to sports and cultural facilities
