Description

The branch’s intern works as a Recruitment/HR Administrator and is responsible for the following: * Covering Reception – meeting and greeting candidates, taking messages etc. * Administration Duties – assisting with payroll, faxing timesheets, mailing out payslips to temporary workers, distribution of cheques to temporary workers, filing, setting up client accounts, uploading candidate files onto our online system etc. * Recruitment/HR Duties – writing, uploading and updating job adverts, registering candidates, formatting CVs, sourcing CVs and assisting with any volume temporary recruitment requirements. Perks/Benefits: * 1.5 holiday days per month. * Excellent reference at the end upon successful completion. * Full training provided. * Friendly team environment with regular social events. You would be joining a team of 4+ including other Recruitment Administrators * Job variety – great experience to be gained in an English speaking environment. * Possibilities to join Adecco or another agency as a Recruitment Consultant thereafter, be it in Ireland or abroad – many of our recent interns have gone on to do this.
