Our International Training on the Job program is a graduate program for top economics and business graduates and the ideal launch pad for a forward-looking career with BASF. Whether you're in supply chain management, finance or marketing, you'll be working on-the-job from the start, which means you'll have responsibility from day one and will be personally and systematically trained for your future responsibilities. This will be at our corporate headquarters in Ludwigshafen but also at one of our overseas locations, such as Singapore, Antwerp or New Jersey. Because that's where you'll be able to systematically develop your management and decision-making skills.
What we offer: Mentoring and networking
Expertise is an excellent teacher, which is why you'll be working with an experienced management-level mentor from the very beginning. Mentors guide mentees and provide advice on important decisions. With your mentor's help, you will develop networks and continue to develop them during regular seminars and presentations on topical corporate issues.
