Job Description
The Senior Research Executive (SRE) primary responsibility is to work with senior managers to serve as a liaison between Millward Brown and its clients, with responsibility for appropriate high levels of service to those clients.
The Senior Research Executive responsible for:
* Acting as liaison between the client and Millward Brown on project-related issues with supervision, ensuring that their needs are being met.
* Day to day involvement with projects for their clients, including drafting proposals, questionnaire design, data analysis, interpretation and development of recommendations, and preparation of presentations of findings.
* Undertaking client presentations while accompanied by senior account team members.
* Developing individual job costs, monitoring job costs throughout a project and ensuring profitability, under supervision.
* Assistance in developing new business development amongst existing clients.
* Assistance with the management of staff in the team, including delegation and training of staff and assistance with annual evaluations and monitoring of progress of staff.
* Assisting senior managers to ensure all procedures and policies are adhered to.
Requirements:
* At least 2 to 4 years experience in client service.
* Proven knowledge of market research
* Strong analytical skills.
* Developing skills in managing people and staff development.
* Proven ability to build strong client relationships.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Commerical awareness.
* Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
